February 2011 Agreed Order Timeline Update 

Ecology has revised the estimated timeline for drafting a cleanup plan for the Study Area.  Although Rayonier is on schedule with the Agreed Order, upland sampling has taken longer than Ecology expected.  This will push the schedule back a few months.  Ecology will likely hold a public comment period on cleanup alternatives in mid-2013.  For more information, see the fact sheet and revised timeline:
