Ecology will provide one of nine different opinions on proposed and completed cleanups.  To provide those opinions, Ecology has developed boilerplate opinion letters.

To determine which opinion Ecology will provide, and which boilerplate letter Ecology will use to provide that opinion, examine the diagram (to view the opinion letters, click on the applicable opinion at the bottom of the diagram) and answer the following three questions:

  1. Does the cleanup address the whole Site or only one or more parcels of real property located within the Site?


  2. Is the cleanup proposed or completed?
     

  3. Is further remedial action necessary?
