The draft permit, and other documents were available for review and public comment from June 3, 2009 through July 15, 2009. You may request copies of the permit or other documents from Julie Robertson at (360) 407-6575 or by email at jrob461@ecy.wa.gov.
The Industrial Stormwater General Permit expired on April 30, 2009, but all facilities that were covered when it expired are still covered under the permit, and are required to comply with all permit conditions, including monitoring and reporting.
