The signature process for signing an agreement is expedited for applicants identified on the FY 2008 funding list. FY 2008 applicants only have until January 31, 2008, to fully execute an agreement. A fully executed agreement means that it is signed by the Water Quality Program Manager. Click here for a highlight on some of the FY 2009 changes.
