Fiscal Year 2009 Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund: Draft Intended Use Plan
Draft Offer List Public Meeting Notice – Meeting will be held on January 30, 2008
The Water Quality Program has changed the way it administers its grants and loans. Please be sure to read the new program application, guidelines, and rules to learn about all of the changes. A significant change worth noting here is that:
Applicants have six months from the publication date of the Final Offer and Applicant List to fully execute an agreement. A fully executed agreement means that it is signed by the Water Quality Program Manager.
We are also expediting the signature process for applicants identified on the FY 2008 funding list. Click here for a highlight on other changes.
