Fiscal Year 2011 Water Quality Grants and Loans

FY 2011 Combined Funding Cycle:

• All Fiscal Year 2011 applications for funding must be IN HAND at Ecology Headquarters by 5 pm on December 1, 2009, to be eligible for consideration.
   
• Two checkboxes on the FY2011 application are not applicable:  The question regarding Evergreen Communities under #6, and the section regarding Greenhouse Gas Emissions under #10.
   
• Includes the Centennial Clean Water grant program, the Clean Water Act Section 319 grant program, the Revolving Fund loan program, and in coordination with the Stormwater Retrofit and Low-Impact Development Program
   
• Fiscal Year 2011 Combined Funding Cycle Timeline
   
• The FY 2011 Addendum for the FY 2010-2011 Water Quality Financial Assistance Guidelines.
   
• The Revolving Fund Loan Program's Interest Rates for FY2011:
  • 20-year repayment term:  2.8%
  •   5-year repayment term:  1.4%
     
• The Fiscal Year 2011 Stormwater Retrofit and Low-Impact Development Grant Program: 
   
  • Fiscal Year 2011 Stormwater Retrofit and LID Funding Program Guidance now available
     
  • This program will use the current Combined Financial Assistance Funding Cycle application and run concurrently with that process, with applications being accepted starting September 1, 2009 and accepted no later than December 1, 2009
