Water Quality Funding Opportunities

Water Quality Combined Financial Assistance Program

We administer an integrated funding program for projects that improve and protect water quality throughout the state. The program combines grants and loans from state and federal funding sources with technical assistance to program applicants. We manage water quality grant and loan applications under one process. We have one combined funding cycle, one application, one competitive rating process, and one funding offer list. Applicants submit just one application for all of the possible funding sources.

  • Next Funding Cycle Opportunity - Projects may apply for funding in the EAGL system starting August 14, 2017, and no later than October 16, 2017.

  • Current Funding Cycle Opportunity - SFY 2018 cycle closed in October 2016. Awaiting the state Capital Budget in order to fund the project list.
  • Prior Funding Cycle - SFY2017 cycle now closed.  SFY 2017 Final Offer List of projects offered funding is available on the SFY 2017 cycle web page.
