Ecology will review all SERP packages before financing a project. Ecology’s SERP Determinations will be posted on this website for a minimum of 14 days. Programmatic Agreement for Water Quality Grants and Loans

The Water Quality Program, Financial Management Section is developing a process to comply programmatically with its obligations under both Section 106 of the NHPA, as authorized by 36 CFR 800.13, and as authorized by Governor’s Executive Order 05-05, Archaeological and Cultural Resources.
