Register
Your UIC Wells Online
Owners or operators of proposed UIC wells and UIC wells already in use. UIC wells only have to be registered once.
Less than 50 wells register by January 2009
More than 50 wells register by January 2011An Excel spreadsheet is available for owners of more than 50 wells. Contact the UIC Program Coordinator for more information.
To register your UIC well online, you must first sign up for a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account. A SAW account gives you access to a growing list of government services while ensuring your privacy. Please complete the following instructions to access the UIC Wells online registration forms.
Register Your UIC Wells Online - in 3 easy steps
- Sign up for a SecureAccess Washington account
Click “sign up” below. Complete the 6 part sign up sequence. Enter your information including your name and email address. You will receive an email confirmation. Click on the link in the email.
- Add service for UIC Wells Registration
Login to SecureAccess Washington. Under “Add a new Service,” look for “UIC Wells Registration.” Click “Apply” in the left column. Your registration request will be sent to the Washington State Department of Ecology. Approval will take one or more business days. You will receive an approval email. Click on the link in the approval email.
- Go to UIC Wells Registration
Login to SecureAccess Washington. Under “Services” go to UIC Wells registration. Complete the online forms.
