Aquatic Pesticide Permits

Ecology revised the Irrigation System Aquatic Weed Control Permit. The new permit is now available.

Aquatic Plant and Algae Management - Permit to manage plants and algae in lakes and ponds
Irrigation Systems - Permit to control weeds and algae in Washington State irrigation systems
Mosquito Larva Control - Permit for the control of mosquitoes and mosquito larvae by mosquito control districts and government entities
Noxious Weed Control - Permit to control noxious and quarantine list weeds along lake and river shorelines, in rivers, wetlands, and estuaries.

Fish Management - This permit is issued directly to the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife
Invasive Moth Control - This permit is issued directly to the Washington State Department of Agriculture
Oyster Growers Permit - This permit is issued directly to the Willapa Bay/Grays Harbor Oyster Growers Association
