About Pesticides Allowed for Use Under Permit

Ecology has issued permits for nine different use patterns of aquatic pesticides. Information about the aquatic pesticides allowed for use in Washington waters is listed below.

Each pesticide listed below a general permit has a brief summary of the pesticide, plus other information related to it such as risk assessments or environemental impact statements. Some information may be incomplete or has not yet been added to this page.

Some permits have a sub-section titled "General Documents". These documents apply to all of the pesticides listed for a permit.

Some pesticides are allowed for use under multiple permits. Documents related to the pesticide will be listed under each of the permits and pesticides to which they are applicable.

The organizms listed as being treated for with a pesticide are taken from Ecology's permit data and pesticide product labels. The pesticide may work to control organisms other than those listed here.
