Draft Reclaimed Water Rule (Last version before rule-making was suspended in December 2010)
Writing a Reclaimed Water Rule for Washington State
On October 12, 2010, Ecology hosted a Reclaimed Water Workshop to discuss permitting of existing facilities to illustrate how Ecology will implement the draft rule through permits. The presentations from this workshop are below.
The Rule Advisory Committee works in coordination with the Department of Health and the Department of Agriculture. It includes a broad range of interested parties representing various stakeholder groups, including those potentially affected by the rule and with technical expertise and knowledge of new advancements in technology. All meetings, including work-group meetings, are open to the public.
The following are all the advisory committees formed to help inform the rule-making process.
Current preliminary draft rule language and Advisory committee member comments under review can be viewed on the Comments page.
