The external advisory committee first met on February 15, 2006. The committee offered a critique of the existing Industrial Stormwater General Permit. During the subsequent eight months Ecology considered the committee's comments, draft recommendations of the 6415 study mandated by the legislature, and other information to develop a preliminary draft permit. The notes for the February 15th meeting can be accessed here.
The external advisory committee received the preliminary draft permit on October 9, 2006 for a 30-day review. The committee met on October 13, 2006 to offer verbal comments to the preliminary draft permit. The 12 comment letters and associated documents received by Ecology are posted in the table below. In addition, the sign-in sheet and notes for the October 13th meeting are included in the table.
