In February 2007 Ecology sent a revised permit out for public comment. Based on the breadth of comments received Ecology decided to rework the draft permit. The February 2007 draft Industrial Stormwater General Permit and fact sheet were available for review and public comment from February 21, 2007 to April 20, 2007. Those documents are still available below.
The public comment period for the draft permit sent out in February 2007 ended April 20, 2007. The comment letters, emails, and transcripts of oral testimony received by Ecology are posted below.
