Ecology proposed to reissue the expired general permit, without changes, with an expiration date of April 30, 2009. The draft Industrial Stormwater General Permit and fact sheet were available for review and public comment from August 6, 2008 until 5 pm, Friday, September 12, 2008.
The comment letters and emails received by Ecology are posted below. There was no testimony at the public hearing held on September 11, 2008.
