Ecology’s draft 2012 Municipal Stormwater General Permits are posted below for public review and comment from October 19, 2011 to February 3, 2012 at 5 p.m. Ecology will issue the Fact Sheets accompanying the updated permits for 2013-2018 by November 4, 2012.

Draft Permits for 2012 through 2013 Permit Term

The 2011 legislature passed ESHB 1478 directing Ecology to reissue the existing Phase II permits without changes for a one-year permit term from August 1, 2012 through July 31, 2013. Ecology’s draft permits for the one-year period are posted below with no changes for the draft Phase II permits and draft changes only to the S8 monitoring requirements of the draft Phase I permit.
