The Department of Ecology (Ecology) held an informal public comment period on preliminary draft permit language and supporting documentation covering low impact development (LID) and monitoring requirements for reissuance of the 2012 Municipal Stormwater General Permits. The preliminary draft documents are posted at the bottom of this page.
Ecology thanks all those who submitted comments on the preliminary draft permit language. This informal comment period provided an early opportunity for public feedback on the proposed documents. Ecology will use the comments and suggestions to improve the permit requirements in the next draft. Ecology has posted the comments we received below. Since this comment period is informal, Ecology will not prepare a Response to Comments document.
