Municipal Stormwater General Permit Annual Reports

The municipal stormwater permits require all permittees to submit annual reports describing the progress of their permit implementation activities. Annual Reports cover the previous calendar year's activities, unless otherwise specified, and must be signed by the responsible official and submitted to Ecology by March 31.

Ecology provides an interactive, Excel-based Annual Report form for each permit and Permittee type to facilitate electronic submittal of Annual Reports. The Excel worksheet is an alternative to the version of the Annual Report form in the permit appendices. You do not need to complete both versions of the Annual Report form. If you use the Excel worksheet, you can print two hard copies of the completed worksheet and submit it to Ecology with an original signature of the responsible official.
