Lake Response Model = Models/CEQUAL

Scenarios folders have input files. Most are the same between scenarios. Primarily, changes are in CTR*.NPT and QTR*.NPT between scenarios.

The control plot files contain the most detailed output information from the models. However they are so large that they typically cannot be transferred by FTP/.
