Ecology is developing two water cleanup plans (known as a Total Maximum Daily Loads or TMDLs) for the Deschutes watershed. We formed an advisory group of interested businesses, environmental groups, governments, and local citizens who want to work towards improving the health of this watershed.
This project, which addresses Capitol Lake and the marine waters of Budd Inlet, is currently in development. This page contains links with more information related to this effort.
