Computer-based Exams
Beginning June 1, 2009, we converted to computerized ABC examinations.
There will no longer be application deadlines or set exam dates.
Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc. (AMP)
will provide the testing sites for the ABC computer-based exam.

Professional Growth Records (CEUs)
You can now view your current and historical professional
growth data and print a copy of your unofficial transcript online.
Employers may also view and print a list of either all of their operator's or
individual operator's professional growth data.

Professional Growth Requirement Reminder
For most of you, December 31, 2009, marks the end of a professional
growth period. We want to remind you that beginning with the 2009
professional growth period; one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) must be
specific to wastewater, while the remaining two CEUs can be relevant
to wastewater. What that means is that no matter how many CEUs you have,
unless one of them is specific, you haven't met your professional growth
requirement.
Specific training is directly related to improving competencies in areas that relate to operating a wastewater treatment plant. Specific trainings include things like wastewater treatment process, operation and maintenance of equipment, and lab procedures.
Relevant training does not directly relate to operating a wastewater treatment plant, but is accepted for CEUs towards meeting professional growth. Relevant trainings include things like drinking water, safety, collections, and management training.
When
is professional growth
documentation due?
Professional growth documents are due when you receive them from the trainer. Make a copy of your professional growth documents, write your certification number on the copy, and mail it to:
