Green River Community College offers a variety of online courses directly related to wastewater technology. Students may take individual courses, work toward a Certificate of Proficiency in Municipal Wastewater Treatment Technology, or earn an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Wastewater Technology.

Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA)
The PNCWA has operator sections statewide. Sections meet regularly and offer wastewater operator training on a range of topics. In addition, PNCWA holds Short Schools in each region. The PNCWA sponsors an annual conference and technical training, usually held in the fall.
