Instructor/CEU Approval
Ecology’s Wastewater Operator Certification Program evaluates training that may
be used by certified wastewater operators to meet the professional growth
requirement of their certification. Any training that has already been assigned
credits or continuing education units (CEUs) and is relevant to the wastewater
field does not need to be reviewed by Ecology.
Please complete the application and return it to the address listed below. After
the review is completed, you will be notified of acceptance or denial of the
training.
As the training sponsor, you should maintain a permanent participation record
for each individual who completes the training and is awarded credit. This
record should be available to each participant upon request. The record should
include:
- Name and address of training sponsor
- Name and social security number of participant
- Title of training program
- Completion date of training program
- Number of credits awarded
- Evidence of satisfactory completion (attendance roster)
You should make documentation available to participants who successfully
complete the training. A certificate is usually issued to participants. The
certificate should include:
- Name and address of training sponsor
- Name of participant
- Title of training program
- Training dates
- Number of credits earned
When the training is completed, you should submit an attendance roster to:
