Municipal Research Services
Center is funded by counties and cities. This organization can
provide legal answers to many board operational questions regarding the Open
Public Meetings Act (OPMA), Public Records Act (PRA), record retention

The Washington State Auditor’s
Office is another resource for boards regarding the Open Public Meetings Act
and Public Records. Water Conservancy Boards are subject to annual audit
by the State Auditor’s Office.

Legislative Web site can be used to follow progress of a bill during
legislative session, find your legislator’s contact information, etc.

Office can be used to browse and download the most recent versions of laws
and rules

services offered by the state, recreation, employment, emergency information,

Water Well Log Report
Search and Viewer A Well Log means a well report and describes the
location, ownership, construction details and lithology of a completed well.
This web site enables the user to search for wells that have well reports
and to view the well report using a variety of search and retrieval tools.
