The following determinations and/or Draft Report of Examinations have been sent by Ecology’s Central Regional Office to notify applicants that Ecology has come to a decision on their Request for Determination of Water Budget Neutrality. These Water Budget Neutral Determinations are in accordance with Upper Kittitas Ground Water Rule (Chapter 173-539A WAC) . These determinations are Ecology’s final decisions and may be appealed to the Pollution Control Hearing Board (see below).

If you plan to appeal a Water Budget Neutral Determination you must follow the instructions that are provided in the acceptance letter. A link to the acceptance letter is provided below. For more information read "Your Right to Be Heard"
