January 21, 2014 CR-101 Filed – Announces the rule making
January 21, 2014 Developing and preparing the rule proposal package for this rulemaking.
May 14, 2014 Public open house and presentation of preliminary draft rule and rule amendment.  Evaluating public input on the preliminary draft rule and preparing the proposed rule language that will be filed with the Code Reviser's Office later this summer.
September 17, 2014 CR-102 Filed - Proposed rule text and supporting documents are available.
Beginning of public comment period.  Formal Comment Period and Public Hearings
October 22, 2014 Public Hearing - The public hearing was held on October 22, 2014 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Center Place Regional Event Center in the Spokane Valley.
November 07, 2014 End of public comment period.  The comment period ended at 5:00pm
November 10, 2014 Reviewing comments and preparing the adoption package for this rulemaking.
January 27, 2015 Adopt, file, and publish the rule and send out Rule Adoption Notice.
February 27, 2015 Rule goes into effect (typically 31 days after it has been adopted and filed.)
