Environmental Stewardship

The Environmental Stewardship Award recognizes Ecology employees or teams who perform their job duties in a manner that results in a measurable or qualitative impact to the environment. Stewardship calls us to work with others as trustees to restore, protect and conserve the health, biodiversity and long-term sustainability of our region’s ecosystems. 

Environmental Education

The Environmental Education Award recognizes employees and teams whose work has resulted in vital and engaging outreach or materials that provided the intended audience with the knowledge to make informed choices.

Creative Solutions

The Creative Solutions Award recognizes employees and teams who inspire creativity, quality service and constant improvement.

Exceptional Results

The Exceptional Results Award recognizes employees and teams whose work resulted in exceptional environmental results or operational improvements.

Workplace Spirit

The Workplace Spirit Award recognizes employees and teams who motivate and inspire us with their positive energy and attitude.

Committed to Excellent Service

The Commitment to Excellent Service Award recognizes employees or teams who demonstrate exceptional and consistently, high quality job commitment, and through their initiative and actions, provide exemplary service to their clients whether internal and/or external.

Supportive Work Environment

The Workplace Spirit/Supportive Work Environment Award recognizes Ecology employees or teams who contribute significantly to the success of the Agency. Their efforts help make Ecology a better place to work.

Service to the Community

The Service to the Community Award recognizes employees or teams who use their professional knowledge in contributing to their community outside of the work place.

Workplace Diversity

The Workplace Diversity Award recognizes Ecology employees or teams who have helped to create a supportive work environment for all employees, invested in education and outreach to diverse communities or environmental issues, and actively recruited to attract diverse candidates for job opportunities or has a strong track record in helping to reach the agency’s affirmative action goals.
