Accountability to Citizens

We take accountability very seriously. Our job is to protect, preserve and enhance Washington’s environment and ensure that our air, land and water are safe for both people and animals. Ecology regularly reports performance data to the Governor and the State Office of Financial Management. Our reports are posted at the following sites:

• 2011-13 Performance Progress Reports to the Office of Financial Management for over 115 Performance Measures on air, waste, toxics, water, spills, and more.
