The new maps are referred to as the Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRM). Currently, we only have some counties available (left side of table below), but we will be adding the others as we receive the shapefiles.

Available in the table below are the new Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRM) in ArcGIS shapefile format. New DFIRM data is still being released by FEMA so we do not have all of the counties available yet. New county data will be put on this website as we receive it. We have also left the old Q3 Flood data for downloading.

Please note that this movie file (zipped dfirms.exe) is 8.974 megabytes large and may take a while to download to your computer.

The original Q3 Flood data was in ArcInfo coverage format. We have converted each county coverage to ESRI shapefile format. If you are not familiar with the the shapefile format, please see our FAQ question about shapefiles.
The shapefile(s) for each county are compressed using the ZIP file format. All DFIRM county shapefiles are the final version, except any marked "preliminary."
